Every FSC product, whether a handle, a broom or a brush, begins with a tree in a sustainably managed forest. We hold our own FSC® certificate, which means we can give you the complete history of a product: from that forest through to the pallet arriving at your premises.

02 · Sourcing
Handles, sourcedto specification.
We source handles from seven countries, in different timbers and four lengths from 120 cm to 182 cm, roughly four to six feet. Each is finished to a socket that has to match the head it ships with: 23 mm (15/16″) or 28 mm (1⅛″), never approximately.
03 · Assembly
A handle becomesa broom.
Head, handle and stay, assembled at our Cambridge facility with every component held on one level. Nothing crosses a yard mid-build, which is what keeps production quick and the lead time between your order and its delivery short. Built where we can stand over it, and where you can come and watch.
04 · Despatch
Delivered readyfor your shelf.
Supplied in the format you choose, depending on the product. Brooms can arrive fully assembled, or with heads clipped to handles for easier storage and distribution; smaller items come boxed. Whichever you pick, it is built to move from your delivery bay to the shelf without being broken down first.
05 · Bespoke
Bring us somethingthat does not exist.
We have an in-house research and development team, so a brief with no catalogue answer is a conversation rather than a no. We develop, sample and build it here.
Not every brief is one we can take. Four things decide it, and we will tell you which one is in the way early, rather than after you have committed to a launch date.

You will know that putting your name on a product brings responsibilities with it: the safety of the item, traceability back to its origin, and recording any faults or complaints, to name only a few. Your own compliance team will put it more precisely than we can.
